General Terms

7bdt is an online gaming and betting platform that provides various gaming services for Bangladeshi users, including slots, live casino, cricket and football betting. Using the platform means you are voluntarily and knowingly agreeing to these terms.
In these terms, "you" or "user" refers to any person who accesses the 7bdt platform or uses its services. "We", "us" or "7bdt" refers to the authority operating this platform.
These terms have been written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute over interpretation, the Bengali version shall be considered final.
Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on the 7bdt platform and use any gaming or betting service, users must be at least 21 years of age. No one under 21 may use this platform. We may request the necessary documents to verify age at any time.

2.2 Registration Terms
When registering an account, you must comply with the following terms:
- All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and up to date.
- Each person may open only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
- The account may only be used by the registered person; it may not be given to anyone else to use.
- The mobile number and email address used during registration must be verifiable and active.
- If any information provided at registration changes, it is the user's responsibility to update it with us.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
7bdt may request identity verification at any time to ensure a secure environment. This process may require a National ID card, passport or birth registration details. Withdrawals may be put on hold until identity verification is completed.
Account Security and Responsibility
The security of your 7bdt account is entirely your own responsibility. Login credentials, passwords and OTPs must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
3.1 Password Security
- Passwords should be at least 8 characters long and should be a combination of letters, numbers and special characters.
- It is advised not to use easily guessable passwords such as date of birth or mobile number.
- Changing your password regularly is good for security.
- If you notice any suspicious login activity, contact the support team immediately.
3.2 Account Misuse
If your account is accessed without authorisation, or if you suspect that a third party is using your account, you must notify 7bdt customer service immediately. We will take the necessary steps to protect the account's security.
7bdt will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account, unless it is proven that such access was due to our own failure.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Deposits on the 7bdt platform can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The correct payment reference and transaction ID must be provided when depositing; otherwise the deposit process may be delayed.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes
Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method as the most recent deposit.
- Identity verification on the account must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
- 7bdt reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold and conduct verification in the case of suspicious transactions.
- Transactions considered fraudulent will be cancelled.
4.3 Transaction Security
All financial transactions are secured via SSL encryption. If there is a problem with any transaction, please contact customer service and keep your transaction ID on hand.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
7bdt offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus, with a maximum bonus of up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. This means the bonus must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses apply only to registered and verified accounts.
- An account will not receive more than one welcome bonus.
- The bonus balance can be used to play any game, however specific promotions may have restrictions on which games qualify.
- The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- 7bdt reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.
- If evidence of fraudulent use of a bonus is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
5.3 VIP Cashback
The 7bdt VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Cashback is paid at the applicable rate on weekly net losses. For example, if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.
Gaming and Betting Rules
6.1 General Gaming Terms
All games available on 7bdt are operated by third-party game provider software. Game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each spin or bet is independent and is not influenced by previous results.
6.2 Betting Restrictions
- Each game or betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
- 7bdt reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
- If a game or bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be refunded.
- Winnings obtained by violating game rules will be forfeited.
6.3 Sports Betting
Sports betting covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football and various other sports. The official results of the relevant sports body are used to determine the outcome of bets. If a match is left incomplete or suspended, a decision will be made in accordance with 7bdt's betting rules.
6.4 Live Casino
Live casino games are conducted in real time. If a disconnection occurs due to a technical disruption, the result will be determined based on the data saved on the 7bdt server.
Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 Suspension by 7bdt
7bdt may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Registering with false or misleading information.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Abusing the bonus system or engaging in fraudulent activity.
- Facilitating the use of the platform by minors.
- Placing bets using a third party's funds.
7.2 Account Closure by the User
If you wish to close your account at any time, you may request this through customer service. It is advised to withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.
Responsible Gaming

8.1 Self-Exclusion
If a user feels they need to control their gaming habits, they may contact customer service to restrict their account for a set period or permanently.
8.2 Setting Deposit Limits
Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits if they wish. Reducing these limits will take effect immediately, however requests to increase them will take effect after a set waiting period.
8.3 Protection of Minors
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that no one under the age of 21 can use this platform. If there are minors in your household, please ensure your device is password-protected.

Limitation of Liability

- Inconvenience caused by a user's device or software issues.
- Technical errors from third-party game providers.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, cyberattacks, etc.).
- Loss resulting from a user's own negligence in protecting their account information.
However, 7bdt will be liable for direct losses caused by our own failure or negligence.
Changes to Terms
7bdt reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified to accept the updated terms upon their first login after any changes. If the updated terms are not accepted, the account cannot be used.
For significant changes, we will try to send advance notice to users' registered email or mobile number. However, this is not mandatory, and the revised terms will take effect from the date they are published.
